A*STAR SCI AWARD CEREMONY THING WAS QUITE FUNthough immensely boring during all that waiting parts -.-

goes to show that if i stayed in ahs, i'de still be nobody cuz theres so much more clever ppl there! jk!
but seriously, in ahs, i'de never made it to top 30 out of the about 400 ppl u know.

art club was damn funHAHAH
GOT SPEECH, INTERVIEW FOR EXCO POSITIONS.
my speech was damn short cuz its like totally impromptu and crappy.
when i went up the seniors were like oohh and other moans/groans cuz i wanted the art librarian post which another guy also wanted HAHAH.
but he chose this post cuz he thought its slack -.-
interview was quite hilarious.
we had it in the dark room as in hugely creepy darkish room to develop photos.
then theres only one lamp facing me and all of seniors+ ms lu sit infront
but i seriously couldnt see them at first cuz its super dark
plus light at my face okay!
the questions were so random.
e.g. do u like mushrooms?
will u dare to eat magic mushrooms?
will u dare to walk on orchard road with a mohawk hairstyle and fbts and sth sth really silly.
utterly random.
oh wait and then theres the question:
who do you think is the most good looking guy in art club
and then i was like pause very long.
erm.i dont think any of them are good looking enough for me :x
then the female vp went oooh so sad HAHAH.
meanwhile everyone was watching movies in the other room.
watched madagascar2, some horror movie which i practically didnt watch half of it; its about a house with spirits
and another one about 2 ice skating pros who became great friends from arch enemies damn hilarious cuz they ended up pairing tgt for the pairs competition and the moves are super sick.
i mean pairs are supposed to be for one male one female right.
one part one bakery guy was like: dont u think two guys pairing is just so wrong?
i mean, how does this look like to you?

me and alicia practically fell off our chairs laughing about it.

went to bukit batok for lazer game
where we shot each other in the dark with lazer guns.
SUPER FUN!
i got seventh place out of ten the first round, then got 4th the next yay! :D
but exhausting.
altogether 20 min but feel so tired, fingers and knees so weak all the ride to dental at amk.
i was late like 50mins for my dental appt lah!
FINALLY DONT HAVE TO GO SEE THE DENTIST ANYMORE!

i've had enough of watching conflicts explode and i've had enough of doing what i always do. • 9:12 AM
important basic guidelines of the role of a leader:1. motivate group members to do their tasks
2. make members feel like they're an important part of the group.
3. do a significant part of the workload, so theres no excuse for groupmembers to say the leader's not doing much.
4. produce quality work and keep to promises!
5. be fair to all
6. constantly remind members to stick to timeline cuz noone else is responsible for that!
let all privileged ppl who get to be leaders keep them in mind and always head them.
leaders are ultimately the most important.
