memories dont come like dripping water from a leaking pipe; they come in full force, drowning you in it; ......
i'm getting weirdly poetic these days XD
oh, and i declare novels better to read than staring at the TV!
no kidding, even though i feel guilty towards claudia saying this,
but i believe reading is better for the brain too, since when u read the words,
you picture it in your head, in whatever way you want (even if its polluted) and u use your delicious brain juices XD
whilst watching the TV is just staring at the box- as u know according to our EOY eng psg.
plus it gets u really addicted- stuck in front of it for hours (esp since DVDs dont stop), dont move a muscle,just gawk at the colours that flash before your eyes, at the images u see, and the images gets reflected into ur dumbfounded brain.
its kinda unintelligent actually. oh well, i still watch it anw.
but even watching such things bring out great feelings and emotions. i can cry when watching a saddistic movie very easily, heck, i cried a few years back simply seeing the boy's father getting injured because of him in xiaohaibuben. wait, or was it because the other boy got caned?
oh and i freak out super easily- okay u should know that. if you've been to movies with me before.
eh, but then again, i cry over books too. grrrrr.. like the 心香。可仁 story, i cried because of the tearful reunion. geez. but that story was really nice.
but now that i'm reading romance novels, with mostly happy endings, i dont get to cry much, since i absolutely hate saddistic stuff. i read the books ending before choosing it; if its a tad saddistic, bye bye book, i hope i dont see u again :P
